Job summary

CPH is seeking a Pursuits Coordinator for its Orlando, FL office to support business development through proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials. You will produce high-quality proposals with InDesign, and collaborate with the Architectural and Business Development Lead to tailor responses to specific criteria.

The role requires a 2+ years in marketing/communications, strong writing and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to support business development outreach, proposals initiatives, and content creation for campaigns, presentations, and client-facing materials.
• Produce high-quality proposals using Adobe InDesign, tailored resumes, project profile sheets, and working with the Architectural and Business Development Lead to craft responses that address criteria.
• Conduct research on potential clients, projects, competitors, and market trends to support pursuit strategies.
• Manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines and ensuring quality.
• Ensure communications and materials align with CPH standards.
• Review RFP/RFQ documents and draft contracts for proposals.
• Track opportunities and maintain pursuit data; monitor the sales pipeline in Deltek VantagePoint.
• Assist in creating and maintaining marketing collateral such as project profiles and staff resumes.
• Monitor pursuit outcomes and maintain pipeline data for reporting and forecasting.
• Support the firm’s social media presence and collaborate with designers to produce visuals as needed.
