CPH, a multi-disciplinary Engineering and Architecture firm based in Orlando, Florida, is seeking a Business Development & Pursuits Coordinator to join our in-office team. The role supports outreach, proposal development, and client-facing materials, coordinating with Architectural and Business Development leads.

You will research potential clients, manage marketing initiatives, ensure brand consistency, and assist in preparing RFPs/RFQs and contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of marketing, communications, or business development experience; architecture/engineering industry a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign and Acrobat.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Experience managing digital content and social media, with analytics tools to gauge engagement.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality deliverables.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to support business development outreach, proposal initiatives, campaign content creation, and client-facing materials.
• Produce high-quality proposals using Adobe InDesign, including tailored resumes, project profile sheets, and custom responses in coordination with the Architectural and Business Development Lead.
• Conduct research on potential clients, projects, competitors, and market trends to support business development and pursuit strategies.
• Manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
• Ensure all communications and materials align with CPH branding standards.
• Review RFP/RFQ documents and draft contracts in preparation of proposals.
• Track opportunities, maintain accurate pursuit data, and monitor the sales pipeline in Deltek VantagePoint (CRM).
• Assist in creating and maintaining marketing collateral such as project profiles, staff resumes, and brochures.
• Monitor pursuit outcomes and support accurate pipeline data for reporting and forecasting.
• Support the firm’s social media efforts to maintain a regular online presence.
• Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visual and digital materials; create and edit basic graphics or layouts as needed.
