The Opportunity
Responsible for coordinating and handling of the less complex RFPs, executes directions from PM and other SMEs. Contributes to the success of quality outputs and enforcing brand, written content and accuracy. Able to tailor resumes for appropriate subject matter. Ability to run queries, adept at using PEL, PW. Drive best practice and timely responses with a diverse team of SMEs. Meet deadlines and drive schedule to achieve delivery requirements. Familiar/usability with InDesign and PowerPoint.

The Team
Black & Veatch’s Governments & Communities focuses on specific infrastructure needs of municipalities, state and local governments, and specialized physical and digital infrastructure solutions for government and federal agencies. Key Responsibilities

• RFP organization and planning.
• Proposal file setup and management.
• Proposal Client Messages organization, dissemination and tracking.
• Meeting coordination.
• Meeting minutes and action item list maintenance, distribution and follow-up.
• Proposal Team Contact distribution list creation and maintenance.
• Proposal status tracking and distribution.
• Standard Proposal document creation and development.
• Support proposal creation.

Bachelor's degree preferred. InDesign and PPT experience a plus.
