Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) is seeking an experienced Proposal Writer to join our Procurement team based out of our world headquarters located in Lakewood, New Jersey. You will gather and format information, proofread, edit, and obtain approved content to deliver compelling proposals that differentiate our organization and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; related field may be considered in lieu of education.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with team and candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize information gathering, drafting, reviewing and approving content to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with Sales to produce Statements of Work proposals for clients.
• Organize multi-stage draft reviews based on feedback.
• Revise content based on management feedback.
• Proofread for spelling, punctuation, grammar and clarity.
• Track proposals and update status; ensure timely finalization.
• Update internal records when proposals are signed.
• Perform compliance reviews of proposals per client instructions.
• Research industry information as needed.
• Develop templates for commonly proposed services.
• Develop efficient processes for regular content deliverables.
• Maintain quality by using templates and standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
