Job summary

Gaming Laboratories International, LLC (GLI) is seeking a bilingual Client Services Administrator to provide sales support to our global Client Services team. This in-office role is based in a North America Office, with location at Lakewood, NJ.

The position requires a mix of administrative duties and sales support, including translation between English and Spanish, coordination of meetings, and processing billing. The role offers compensation and benefits for US-based candidates.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of related administrative support experience.
  • Experience supporting a sales or business development team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish with fluent English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
  • Flexible hours including occasional early mornings.

Responsibilities

  • Participates in team meetings with other departments to track project statuses and communicates issues to the LACSP team.
  • Communicates between internal members and external customers to ensure information and resources for projects.
  • Organizes and schedules meetings as requested.
  • Tracks client billing and supports invoice collection procedures.
  • Assists with drafting sales proposals for the LACSP team clearly and accurately.
  • Generates reports and statistics relating to business flow.
  • Assists in translating documents between English and Spanish.
  • Maintains CRM notes after calls and follows the proposal->project->delivery flow.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Our customers are manufacturers, regulators, and operators within the Gambling industry. We are seeking a professional like you to support our clients’ needs by providing administrative sales support for the LACSP Client Services team. This is a customer service/sales-focused position and a fit for someone who thrives on driving sales and helping others solve problems.

  • Participates in team meetings with other departments to track project statuses, hours used and remaining and communicates any potential issues in project management to the LACSP team.
  • Communicates between internal members and external customers, ensuring that all parties have the necessary information and resources to execute their assigned projects.
  • Works closely with the team to organize and schedule meetings, as requested.
  • Tracks client billing and supports invoice collection procedures, when required.
  • Assists with drafting sales proposals for the LACSP team in a clear, complete, and accurate manner.
  • Generates reports and statistics related to the flow of the business.
  • Assists in the translation of documents from English to Spanish and from Spanish to English.
  • Handles CRM notes after calls and follows the (proposal -> project -> delivery) flow.
  • Performs other related duties, as assigned.
Education, Experience, and Skills:
  • A minimum of one (1) year of previous experience in a related administrative support position is required.
  • Previous experience supporting a sales or business development team is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Must be bilingual in Spanish including the ability to translate written correspondence from English to Spanish and Spanish to English in a clear, eloquent, and professional manner.
  • Must have the ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English sufficiently to perform the duties of this position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel is required.
  • Must have demonstrated professionalism, including while working under pressure.
  • Must have the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines, while maintaining a realistic balance among priorities.
  • Must demonstrate a high degree of attention to quality, details, and correctness.
  • Must have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be available to work flexible hours, including occasionally in the early morning, as needed.

Location: In-Office in Lakewood, NJ

Schedule: Normal hours are Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.

Hourly Rate: $24.03 h/r

Travel: Must be willing to travel up to 5%.
