Wright-Pierce is seeking a Proposal Writer/Marketing Coordinator based in Florida to join a collaborative marketing team supporting efforts nationwide including Florida, New England, New York, and South Carolina. Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in marketing, business administration, English, or related field of study.
• 0-2 years of proposal and marketing experience; A/E/C industry a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; MS Word layout & formatting a must.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite a plus; photography skills a bonus.

Responsabilités

• Work hand-in-hand with engineering teams to support proposals and presentations.
• Coordinate trade shows and events.
• Maintain and update marketing collateral, including case studies and resumes.
• Maintain office marketing material and inventory supply.
• Ensure Wright-Pierce brand standards across deliverables.
• Support our social media program.
• Cross-train in marketing areas firm-wide and provide backup as needed.
• Visit project sites to learn what we do firsthand.
• Other duties related to marketing and business development support.

Wright-Pierce has an exciting opportunity for a Proposal Writer/Marketing Coordinator based in any Florida office locations. As a marketer at Wright-Pierce, you will be part of a collaborative marketing team that supports efforts in locations throughout New England, New York, South Carolina, and Florida. You will have the opportunity, through proposal development and interview preparation, to directly impact our firm’s growth. • 0 - 2 years of proposal and marketing experience, A/E/C industry experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, specifically PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook. Specific expertise in MS Word layout and formatting is a must.
• Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Photography skills are a plus.

Education

• BA/BS degree in marketing, business administration, English, or related field of study.
