Job summary

Vituity is seeking a Proposal Specialist to create and maintain formal RFP content and tailored responses across nationwide opportunities. You will collaborate with subject-matter experts to gather technical data, ensure brand-consistent messaging, and drive proposal readiness through rigorous quality control.

The role emphasizes producing written and visual solutions, managing multiple deadlines, and supporting pursuit materials and collateral for an expanding healthcare-enabled team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in related field.
• 3–5 years creating content and visual solutions in healthcare or related verticals.
• 3+ years working with sales teams to deliver client-tailored materials.
• Experience producing written/visual solutions for RFI responses.
• Experience writing for a brand and applying brand voice.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Exceptional proofreading with attention to detail and layout/typography.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple deadlines.
• Knowledge of content management systems and healthcare industry.

The Opportunity

• Create and maintain Proof Point storyboard workspaces for formal RFP opportunities.
• Develop RFP responses by leveraging existing approved content and creating new, tailored content as needed.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts to gather technical information, project examples, data, and other supporting materials.
• Apply a consistent response-development framework and evaluate draft content against RFP requirements and stated evaluation criteria.
• Review proposal responses to ensure clarity, accuracy, consistency, and alignment with Vituity’s brand, value proposition, and win strategy.
• Conduct quality-control reviews to ensure correct grammar, formatting, visual consistency, and overall proposal readiness.
• Create compelling visual representations of data, client stories, and key messages for proposal content and presentations.
• Assist with database management, including reusable proposal content, templates, and related resources.
• Support the development, maintenance, and refinement of presentation materials and other pursuit collateral.

Required Experience and Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field of study required.
• 3 to 5 years of creating content and visual solutions experience within healthcare industry or related verticals required.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in working with sales teams to deliver client-tailored materials preferred.
• Experience producing effective written and visual solutions in response to complex requests for information preferred.
• Experience writing for a brand, with an understanding of applying brand voice preferred.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, including experience producing effective written/visual solutions in response to complex requests for information.
• Exceptional proofreader with a strong attention to detail and a creative eye for layout and typography.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and managing multiple deadlines.
• Skills with writing for a brand, with an understanding of applying brand voice.
• Knowledge of content management systems.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry.

We are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $33.42 - $41.78 exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible to participate in our annual corporate Success Sharing bonus program, which is based on the company’s annual performance. If you are hired at Vituity, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience.
