Qualifications

• FAR-based and OTA federal technical solutions development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or related field.
• Strong systems engineering background with multidisciplinary integration.
• Proven ownership of technical proposal sections or full technical volumes.
• Outstanding technical writing skills to explain complex concepts.
• Experience with teaming partners to integrate capabilities and pricing strategies.
• Demonstrated knowledge of AI and ML platforms and tools.

Responsibilities

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This role will serve as a senior technical leader across the pursuit lifecycle, shaping solution strategy for complex federal opportunities. The position will partner closely with capture, proposal, and teaming stakeholders to develop compelling technical responses that align with customer requirements and pricing strategy. It also requires bringing forward innovative approaches, technical clarity, and strong systems thinking to support competitive proposal development in a highly regulated environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $180,000+ annually

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technical architect across the pursuit lifecycle
• Provide end-to-end thought leadership across proposal responses
• Develop technical artifacts, white papers, statements of work, and proposals
