Job summary

Withum is seeking a Pursuit Strategist in our New Jersey office to coordinate proposal development and RFP activities in collaboration with key stakeholders. You will manage proposal content, ensure branding consistency, and drive efficiencies through proposal automation while safeguarding deadlines and accuracy.

The role requires 2-4 years in proposal writing or related fields, a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, and familiarity with best practices such as APMP or Shipley.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 2-4 years of experience in proposal writing, pursuit support, marketing communications or related role.
• Familiarity with APMP, Shipley or other proposal best practices is a plus.
• Experience with not-for-profit, education, healthcare or government organizations is preferred.
• Strong writing, organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Researching and writing standard and customized proposals.
• Drafting pursuit documents and creating baseline content for future proposals.
• Managing content development with subject matter experts and coordinating timelines.
• Ensuring branding consistency and compliance with proposal deadlines.
• Supporting lead generation data in CRM and contributing to win themes.
