Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of proposal preparation experience and a relevant degree.
• Preference for highway construction/engineering background.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist in developing compliant statements of qualifications and proposals.
• Prepare outlines, templates and draft/format proposal documents under deadlines.
• Review proposals for compliance and document control.
• Create proposal covers and tabs; produce final submissions.
• Collaborate with proposal team and other departments.
