Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in proposal preparation.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of compliant statements of qualifications and proposals.
• Coordinate proposal team members and editing under tight deadlines.
• Prepare proposal templates and document control.
• Produce proposals for submission and track evaluations.
• Develop marketing collateral and organize resumes and project photos.
• Coordinate awards submissions and event materials.
