Collaborating with our Technology Consulting team, you will help organizations streamline operations and achieve strategic goals to serve the public better. We provide a full spectrum of technology consulting services to help state and local agencies meet operational and program needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic proposals, drive proposal development, and manage communications to produce high-quality marketplace proposals.
• Work with management to deliver compliant and qualified proposals and strategies.
• Manage all aspects of proposal operations from RFP receipt to delivery.
• Prepare detailed proposal plans, schedules, and compliance matrices.
• Coordinate proposal content review and internal flow.
• Lead proposal meetings and manage writing assignments.
• Implement alert systems for proposal deadlines and risks.
• Lead storyboarding and development of win themes and discriminators.
• Manage quality assurance and final review processes.
• Ensure proposal processes and style guides are followed.
• Proofread and edit proposal documents.
• Build relationships with clients, partners, and leadership.
• Develop templates, resumes, and reference databases.
• Implement continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of relevant experience.
• 8+ years experience in developing, bidding, and winning public sector management consulting services.
• Preferred certifications: Proposal Management Professional, Shipley BD Boot Camp.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new cultures and handle adversity.

Working Conditions & Requirements

This role is remote with travel requirements. Applicants must have a private, distraction-free environment, be available during set hours, and be able to travel for meetings. Compensation ranges from $85,000 to $100,000, plus benefits.
