The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in federal proposal work, with excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills, plus strong MS Office proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, English, IT, engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience supporting Federal proposal development, proposal writing, proposal coordination, or technical writing.
• Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Nationwide IT Services (NIS), a rapidly growing Federal Government contractor, is seeking a Proposal Manager / Proposal Writer to join our Capture team. This role is ideal for a strong writer looking to grow in Federal proposal management while supporting all phases of proposal development.

Salary range: $90,000 to $120,000 annually
