Job summary

York Space Systems is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager II to lead the development and submission of competitive proposals for U.S. Government space programs.

This on-site role in Greenwood Village requires active TS/SCI clearance and collaboration with cross-functional teams across capture, contracts, pricing, and engineering. The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing complex multi-volume proposals in Aerospace & Defense, with space systems experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of proposal management in Aerospace/Defense / GovCon.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience managing multi-volume proposals ($50M-$100M).
• Experience with space-related programs and color team reviews.
• Ability to work on-site in Greenwood Village, CO.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal lifecycle from RFP/RFI through submission.
• Develop schedules, outlines, and compliance matrices.
• Lead color team reviews and ensure on-time, compliant delivery.
• Coordinate with Capture, BD, technical, contracts, pricing teams.
• Ensure content aligns win themes, discriminators, and pricing strategies.
• Oversee production, reviews, and final submission.
