Job summary

A technology solutions provider is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager in the Washington DC Metro Area. The successful candidate will manage complex space-based proposals, applying Shipley methodologies and integrating technical narratives. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, over 10 years of federal proposal management experience, and an active TS/SCI clearance. Qualifications

• 10+ years of federal proposal management experience, specifically within aerospace or defense.
• Active/current TS/SCI clearance, SAP eligibility preferred.
• Deep understanding of DoD (Space Force) and IC procurement cultures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full proposal lifecycle for complex space-based missions.
• Apply rigorous Shipley-based methodologies to lead proposal reviews.
• Develop detailed compliance matrices and executive-level win themes.
