What You Need to Succeed:

• 2+ years of experience in proposal coordination, market research, or a related role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management tools
• Exceptional writing, editing, and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative, with a knack for managing multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
• Familiarity with government RFPs, RFIs, and SSNs
• Experience with procurement platforms like SAM.gov

Position Overview:

As a Proposal Manager, every day is dynamic as you manage the end-to-end proposal process, ensuring we deliver professional, timely, and compelling responses to RFPs, RFIs, and SSNs. You lead kickoff meetings, create compliance matrices, and collaborate with internal experts to refine and perfect content. Your strategic market research keeps us ahead of the competition, identifying new opportunities and delivering actionable insights. By day's end, you've not only managed submissions but also ensured our proposal pipeline is organized and optimized for success.

• All New Hires will be hired as a Contractor for the first 90 days and lack benefits until conversion and employment review.
