Job summary

Hausmann in Omaha is seeking a Marketing Coordinator with 5+ years of experience to join our Marketing Team in developing and managing quality proposals and presentations under tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to drive content across cross-functional teams. Experience in the AEC industry and proficiency with Adobe InDesign and the MS Office Suite are required to succeed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proposal development in A/E/C or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Graphic Design.
• Strong graphic design and proofreading skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple proposals under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate development of proposals, SOQs, and pre-qualifications in compliance with RFP/RFQ requirements.
• Write, proofread, and edit marketing collateral, presentations, awards submissions, and other documents.
• Lead final publishing, packaging, and delivery of the proposal.
• Update proposal templates and project sheets in Hausmann’s database.
• Collaborate with project managers, technical staff, and marketing across the firm.
