Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent).
7+ years in creative design, art direction, or visual communications; 2+ years in AEC preferred.
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Strong portfolio showing modern aesthetic and high-stakes presentation design.

Responsibilities

Maintain brand consistency across design collateral and ensure quality.
Lead creative process for proposals and interview presentations; translate technical concepts into visuals.
Collaborate with pursuit teams and marketing to provide design guidance for large-scale efforts.
Improve design workflows, file management, templates, and asset libraries.
