Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent construction experience.
• Willing to travel and relocate for domestic and international projects.
• 10 years of heavy civil construction experience.
• Heavy civil construction background/experience.
• Safety oriented; OSHA 10/30 preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Team-builder mentality.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the project team to meet goals and objectives.
• Maintain ongoing training and mentoring of the project team.
• Provide project information and reviews to senior management.
• Coordinate training and compliance measures for project procedures.
• Ensure scope, schedule, and budget are clearly defined and understood by stakeholders.
• Communicate with the client and adjust deliverables within contractual obligations.
