Talson Solutions, LLC, headquartered in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a Proposal Manager to lead the preparation of Statements of Qualification and Proposals for various clients in the A/E/C sector.

The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, experience managing responses to RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and bids, and the ability to coordinate with subconsultants, staff, and management to meet deadlines.

Competenze

• Minimum of five years of A/E/C proposal development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and CRM software is a plus.
• Strong writing, grammar, proofreading, and editing skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Mansioni

• Develop and produce Statements of Qualification and Proposals.
• Analyze RFP requirements and coordinate subconsultant information.
• Collaborate with leadership and technical staff to track reviews and approvals.
• Edit resumes, project summaries, and technical documents.
• Communicate proposal progress to management.
