The role requires strong project management, writing, and coordination skills, with experience in engineering/construction, and proficiency in tools like Adobe InDesign.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proposal coordination/writing experience in engineering/construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications, Journalism, English, Liberal Arts, Construction Management, Environmental Science, or Engineering.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver high-quality, compliant proposals.
• Coordinate content across multiple contributors and teams.
• Analyze procurement documents (RFPs, RFQs) and develop response tools.
• Develop and manage proposal execution plans with timelines.
• Leverage AI and digital tools to improve content efficiency.
