Job summary

Kiewit in Lone Tree, CO is seeking a Proposal Specialist to manage full proposal lifecycles for infrastructure pursuits, including large-scale opportunities valued at $1B+. You’ll lead key sections with a collaborative team, ensuring timely and compliant content and effective win strategies.

Ideal candidates will excel at project management, writing, and coordinating pursuit teams under tight deadlines while leveraging digital tools and standard best practices to deliver high-quality proposals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proposal coordination/writing experience in engineering/construction
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications, Journalism, English, Liberal Arts, Construction Management, Environmental Science, Engineering, or equivalent
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign

Responsibilities

• Serve as a regional proposal resource working within a team to deliver high-quality, winning proposals
• Lead and deliver high-quality, complex proposals while supporting other ongoing proposal work
• Analyze and interpret procurement documents (RFI, RFQ, RFP) and requirements to develop and manage proposal tools (compliance matrix, schedule, etc.)
• Partner with pursuit teams to develop and actively manage proposal execution plans, adjusting scope, priorities, and timelines
• Organize and facilitate strategy and storyboarding sessions to incorporate concepts and data into deliverable documents
