Job summary

Kiewit Infrastructure Proposal Services seeks a Proposal Specialist to manage full proposal lifecycles for infrastructure pursuits across the United States. You will lead key sections within a collaborative team, coordinating content and graphics to craft compelling proposals under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proposal coordination/writing experience in engineering/construction or similar industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
• Excellent writing and communication skills; ability to deliver concise, compliant content.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a regional proposal resource and collaborate with pursuit teams to deliver high‑quality proposals.
• Lead and deliver complex proposals while supporting ongoing work.
• Analyze procurement documents (RFI/RFQ/RFP) to build compliance matrices and response documents.
• Develop and manage proposal execution plans with milestones and color reviews.
• Coordinate content development across contributors to ensure client objectives are met.
• Lead strategy and storyboarding sessions to convert concepts into deliverables.
• Guide proposal graphics development and collaborate with the creative team.
• Format, edit, and revise documents; maintain schedules and templates.
• Leverage AI and digital tools to support content and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in production and timely delivery of proposals in electronic and hard copy formats.
