Job summary

Deltek seeks an intern to support our proposal and content workflow in the United States. You will assist with drafting, proofreading, formatting and researching content for proposals, while ensuring accuracy and consistency across materials.

The role is designed for a student current enrolled (rising junior or senior) with interest in English, Communications or Business. Strong MS Office skills and a collaborative, independent work style are valued.

Qualifications

• Student currently enrolled (rising junior or senior).
• Preference given to English, Communications or Business majors.
• Experience with MS Office, especially Word and Teams.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, organized and collaborative.
• Able to work independently and in a team, with interest in AI.

Responsibilities

• Support the proposal development process from start to finish.
• Assist with proofreading, formatting, and light-editing tasks.
• Research to gather relevant information for proposals.

• Supporting the proposal development process from start to finish

The U.S. hourly range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00. This range is subject to change as Deltek takes a number of factors into consideration when determining individual base pay, such as location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including incentive compensation and equity.
