Join us and be part of something bigger – helping to simplify health care one person, one family and one community at a time.**Position Summary:*** Set up projects in proposal software (Loopio) including basic information and the questionnaire document(s) within 24 of receiving the request from the proposal director* Apply the auto-fill function to populate standard topic areas and create a draft for the proposal writer* Communicate with the assigned proposal writer to discuss draft and next steps.* Provide daily reporting to the leadership team on active RFPs/RFIs to support workload planning.* Complete final proposal edits in proposal software.* Develop and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with business partners.* Communicate clearly and confidently with all business partners.**Required Qualifications:*** 1-3 years of experience serving as a liaison between business partners and operational teams, effectively communicating requirements, managing intake requests, and driving alignment to support client deliverables.**Preferred Qualifications:*** Healthcare experience or knowledge is an asset.* RFP project management experience.* Must enjoy working in a fast paced, team environment and be adaptable to changing priorities.* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet Explorer.* Must be organized and efficient, detail-oriented and able to multi-task.**Education*** Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (HS Diploma + 4 years relevant experience)**Anticipated Weekly Hours**40**Time Type**Full time**Pay Range**The typical pay range for this role is:$18.50 - $42.35This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
