Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to set up RFPs in Loopio, apply auto-fill draft material, and coordinate with proposal writers. You will deliver daily reports and final edits while building strong partnerships with business teams.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating RFPs/RFIs and supporting proposal processes.

Responsibilities

• Set up projects in proposal software (Loopio) including basic information and the questionnaire document(s) within 24 of receiving the request from the proposal director.
• Apply the auto-fill function to populate standard topic areas and create a draft for the proposal writer
• Communicate with the assigned proposal writer to discuss draft and next steps.
• Provide daily reporting to the leadership team on active RFPs/RFIs to support workload planning.
• Complete final proposal edits in proposal software.
• Develop and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with business partners.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with all business partners.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare experience or knowledge is an asset.
• RFP project management experience.
• Must enjoy working in a fast paced, team environment and be adaptable to changing priorities.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet Explorer.
• Must be organized and efficient, detail-oriented and able to multi-task.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (HS Diploma + 4 years relevant experience)

Pay Range

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is

$18.50 - $42.35

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
