Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to manage RFP/RFI workflows and coordinate with procurement and business partners. The role involves setting up projects in Loopio, applying auto-fill to draft responses, and coordinating with proposal writers to finalize documents.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of liaison experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience serving as a liaison between business partners and operational teams, effectively communicating requirements, managing intake requests, and driving alignment to support client deliverables.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (HS Diploma + 4 years relevant experience)

Responsibilities

• Set up projects in Loopio including basic information and questionnaire documents within 24 hours of request.
• Apply auto-fill to populate standard topic areas and draft for the proposal writer.
• Communicate with the assigned proposal writer to discuss draft and next steps.
• Provide daily reporting to leadership on active RFPs/RFIs to support workload planning.
• Complete final proposal edits in Loopio.
• Develop and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with business partners.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with all business partners.

Position Summary:

• Set up projects in proposal software (Loopio) including basic information and the questionnaire document(s) within 24 of receiving the request from the proposal director
• Apply the auto-fill function to populate standard topic areas and create a draft for the proposal writer
• Communicate with the assigned proposal writer to discuss draft and next steps.
• Provide daily reporting to the leadership team on active RFPs/RFIs to support workload planning.
• Complete final proposal edits in proposal software.
• Develop and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with business partners.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with all business partners.

Required Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience serving as a liaison between business partners and operational teams, effectively communicating requirements, managing intake requests, and driving alignment to support client deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Healthcare experience or knowledge is an asset.
• RFP project management experience.
• Must enjoy working in a fast paced, team environment and be adaptable to changing priorities.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet Explorer.
• Must be organized and efficient, detail-oriented and able to multi-task.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$18.50 - $42.35

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
