Job summary

Zeeco is seeking a driven Proposal Engineer to develop high‑quality technical and commercial proposals for fired equipment installations across oil, gas, petrochemical, and energy sectors. The role includes site surveys in the EMEA region, coordinating with internal engineering teams and local contractors to define detailed scopes of work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/chemical engineering, construction, or equivalent.
• Background in oil & gas, petrochemical, or energy sectors with fired equipment/installation projects a plus.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, P&IDs, layouts, and specifications.
• Experience preparing technical and commercial proposals or in a project engineering role with estimating responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed technical and commercial proposals for fired equipment installations, upgrades, and refurbishments.
• Conduct site surveys and develop accurate scopes of work across regions.
• Provide technical coordination with engineering teams and pre‑bid discussions.
• Maintain proposal documentation, cost build‑ups, and commercial assumptions.
