Job summary

Zeeco seeks a Project Execution Manager for its Tulsa office to oversee installation projects across our product lines. The role requires coordinating with in-house crews, customers, and subcontractors while managing budgets, schedules, and safety requirements.

Travel to sites is expected, and you will guide cross-functional teams to meet commitments, transform execution performance, and develop personnel for growth within Zeeco’s client-focused organization.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, Chemical or related field) or BS in Construction Management or related field.
• Preferred experience in combustion/ EPC or construction/installation projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project engineers and ensure installation projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Main point of contact for in-house crew, customer, and subcontractors; manage budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate and complete customer documentation; negotiate procurement and manage sub-vendors.
• Coordinate technical and commercial correspondence; travel to sites as needed and ensure safety qualifications.
• Develop relationships with managers, mentor staff, and recruit personnel as growth requires.
• Lead cross-functional execution teams to meet project commitments and drive process improvements.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Project Execution Manager position will be based out of Zeeco’s Tulsa office. The position will require knowledge of all Zeeco products, with a focus on installation of this equipment. Moderate travel will be required.

JOB DUTIES

• Responsible for the oversight of Project Engineers for all aspects of assigned projects to ensure installation projects are completed on time and cost budget controls are followed. Responsibilities include ensuring employees follow and perform the following job duties in accordance with Zeeco’s operating procedures.
• • Main point of contact for in-house crew, customer, and subcontractor(s).
  • Manage and track budget and schedule.
  • Completion of customer documentation, as required.
  • Negotiation, order placement, and management of sub-vendors.
  • Coordination and communication with in-house service personnel.
  • Coordination of all required technical and commercial correspondence.
  • Travel to site, as needed, to support the field team.
  • Complete all safety requirements and qualifications required to visit sites.
  • Notify Accounting Department when billings are to be sent.
• Develops relationships with business unit managers, improve existing key customer relationships, and repair any required customer relationships that require attention.
• Responsible for oversight, training & development of existing personnel.
• Responsible for recruiting additional personnel to foster and support business growth.
• Ability to negotiate equipment procurement and optimize purchase cost and terms for financial success.
• Customer PowerPoint presentations reviewing and detailing Zeeco products
• Develop network of contacts for local project knowledge
• Transform order execution performance through talent development, integrated project team collaboration, process improvement, and sound decision making.
• Lead cross functional execution teams successfully to meet project commitments, develop integrity in the organization, and provide accountability for the results.
• Reviews commercial change proposals and advises project team to resolve price and schedule changes
• Performs other duties as may be assigned that are appropriate based on skills and experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

• B.S. in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, Chemical or related field)
• OR B.S. in Construction Management or related field.
• Preferred experience:
  • Working in the combustion industry or related industries.
  • Working for or with Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) companies.
  • Working directly on construction/installation projects.
