Job summary

Jobtailor in Anchorage, AK, seeks a Proposal Manager to lead development and submission of client solicitations. You will coordinate with operations and technical staff to assemble pricing, resumes, and project experiences, ensuring proposals are accurate and compliant.

You will design compelling proposal packages using Canva or similar tools, manage schedules and libraries, monitor procurement portals for new opportunities, and support leadership with capability statements and marketing

Responsibilities

• Lead development, coordination, formatting, and submission of proposals and bids.
• Collaborate with operations and technical staff to gather project information, pricing, resumes, project experience, and supporting documentation.
• Write, edit, proofread, and organize proposal content that is clear, accurate, and fully compliant with solicitation requirements.
• Design visually appealing proposal packages, graphics, organizational charts, timelines, and other supporting materials using Canva or similar software.
• Maintain proposal schedules, submission checklists, templates, and proposal libraries.
• Monitor federal, state, municipal, tribal, and commercial procurement websites for new contracting opportunities.
• Coordinate internal bid/no-bid discussions and track proposal opportunities through the pursuit process.
• Maintain company registrations, certifications, and compliance documentation required for government contracting, including SAM.gov and other procurement systems.
• Support Operations leadership with strategic growth initiatives, capability statements, presentations, and marketing materials.
