Job summary

The incumbent will supervise staff, develop training on proposal preparation and budget development, and drive continuous improvement in submission processes across colleges and departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of sponsored research administration experience; or 5+ years with Master’s degree; or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Approve proposals for institutional submission within OAR thresholds.
• Review complex, multi-component proposals for eligibility and sponsor requirements.
• Supervise Research Administrator ladder, including performance management.
