Job summary

Southland Industries is seeking a detail-oriented professional to collect and manage project data across multiple regions, supporting new construction, existing buildings, service, and energy projects.

You will develop prequalification packages, coordinate document timelines, and maintain organized regional data files while building strong relationships with the regional proposal team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Communications, or related field.
• Strong communication, analytical mindset, and relationship-building skills.
• Good project management and ability to meet deadlines; strong customer service orientation.

• Maintains and collects project data for respective regions, including New Construction, Existing Buildings, Service, and Energy. This includes tracking key milestones of the projects including photo collection, etc.
• Maintains and collects fabrication/modular shop data for respective regions.
• Develops prequalification package submissions for respective regions as requested.
• Assists with developing a deliverable list, timeline for document preparation, submission requirements, and final prequalification submission.
• Establishes and maintains file structures for prequalifications and project data for respective regions.
• Develops relationships with the regional proposal team.
• Establishes fundamental understanding of company process and protocol.
• Collects regional BD data to support the Data Analyst team.

Qualifications
