Job summary

Anchor QEA is seeking a detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator to join our Client Experience Team in Seattle. You will support Proposal Managers and BD leaders in developing high-quality proposals and SOQs, gathering, organizing, and finalizing content to ensure on-time, brand-consistent submittals.

The role requires proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, and familiarity with A/E/C marketing. A Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of relevant experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of relevant A/E/C experience.
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, OneDrive, and Adobe PDF/InDesign.
• Exceptional attention to detail with formatting consistency.
• Strong time management and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Experience with SF330 submittals and familiarity with federal procurement is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing proposal outlines, templates, and formats that respond to client requirements.
• Develop and maintain proposal schedules and track assignments under Proposal Managers.
• Coordinate with proposal teams to gather information and incorporate content.
• Prepare and refine proposal content including resumes and marketing collateral.
• Format, proofread, and quality-check proposal documents for accuracy and brand alignment.
• Coordinate document production, submission requirements, and closeout activities.
• Maintain proposal content and opportunity information in company systems.
