Job summary

Granite Construction seeks an experienced professional to oversee and coordinate the preparation of proposals to ensure winning submissions. This role requires strong writing and collaboration with internal and external partners.

You will manage databases, prepare materials for presentations, and contribute to continuous improvement through client debriefings. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field and five years of proposal experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of professional experience in technical writing or proposal preparation.
• Experience in construction or engineering proposals is desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preparation of proposals with internal and external partners to meet Granite criteria.
• Write and edit proposals to present Granite well.
• Maintain proposal databases for accuracy and availability.
• Prepare materials and presenters for internal and external presentations.
• Participate in client debriefings and prepare summaries for continuous improvement.
• Prepare marketing materials as requested.
