Job summary

You will assist with document preparation, gather information, maintain proposal resources, and work with BD, estimating, and operations. Under guidance from the proposal team, you will develop knowledge of our projects, processes, and clients, while ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and adherence to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and up to three years in heavy civil construction or engineering preferred but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication, proofreading, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and follow established processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with reviewing RFQs, RFPs, and bid documents to identify requirements and submission instructions.
• Complete assigned proposal tasks within schedules and communicate progress to the team.
• Gather project descriptions, resumes, photographs, and other information requested by the team.
• Perform routine quality-control reviews for spelling, grammar, formatting, and consistency.
• Maintain and update proposal databases, boilerplate content, and resources.
• Support pursuit interviews with presentation materials, meetings, rehearsals, and logistics.
