Job summary

Kratos Defense and Security Solutions is seeking a dedicated Project Proposal Coordinator to support its Crane, Indiana team. The role focuses on organizing, tracking, and completing proposal deliverables while ensuring compliance with customer requirements and company standards.

You will collaborate with SMEs, engineers, business development, and program managers to produce accurate, well-structured proposals that are submitted on time and ready for evaluation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 2–3 years of experience in proposal coordination or related roles.
• Familiarity with government contracting or proposal compliance requirements (FAR/DFARS) if applicable.
• Experience with document configuration management and version control.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deliverables simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain proposal schedules, action item trackers, and status reports.
• Organize and facilitate proposal team meetings, capturing action items and ensuring follow-through.
• Manage proposal document configuration, version control, and compliance matrices.
• Coordinate proposal reviews and consolidate feedback.
• Ensure adherence to RFP/RFI requirements and company standards.
• Track and communicate proposal deliverable status to leadership and stakeholders.
