Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2–3 years of proposal coordination or related experience.
• Experience with government contracting or proposal compliance is a plus.
• Experience managing documentation in deadline-driven environments.
• Familiarity with proposal development processes and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end proposal development activities, including schedules and submission deadlines.
• Develop and maintain proposal content, templates, and data libraries.
• Coordinate graphics, charts, and visuals to enhance proposals.
• Collaborate with SMEs, engineers, BD teams, and PMs to gather content.
• Ensure compliance with solicitation requirements and page limits.
• Support post-submission activities and debriefs.
