You will work closely with technical experts and the marketing team to craft qualifications packages and marketing materials that showcase the firm’s innovation and client service.

The role emphasizes writing, organization, and strategic messaging to support business development for a 100% colleague-owned firm.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree or equivalent; 2–4 years in proposal coordination/marketing/admin in AEC preferred.
• Proficient in creating compliant, brand-aligned proposals and marketing materials.
• Collaborates with technical and marketing teams to deliver high-quality content.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposals and qualification submittals from kickoff to delivery.
• Develop client-focused content with technical teams.
• Ensure deliverables reflect HEAPY brand and quality standards.
• Build and maintain proposal library, tools, and processes for efficiency.
