Qualifications

• 2-year degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, Business, or related field; 2-4 years proposal coordination or marketing experience preferred.
• Develops and delivers compelling, compliant, brand-aligned proposals and marketing materials by coordinating internal resources, timelines, and messaging.
• Fosters collaboration across technical and marketing teams to ensure timely, high-quality submissions that reflect HEAPY’s values.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and produces proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborates with technical teams, marketing, and business development to gather and edit content.
• Applies templates and branding to ensure consistency and quality across deliverables.
• Maintains resume, project, and boilerplate databases for reuse.
• Supports project planning, proposals kickoffs, schedules, and internal deadlines.
• Provides writing, proofreading, formatting, and layout support to enhance readability.
