Day‑to‑day responsibilities

An outdoor advertising company is looking for a Proposal Coordinator in the San Antonio, TX area to join their team working a hybrid schedule (2 days in office/3 days remote). Primary responsibilities include supporting account executives and campaign strategists (internal clients) by understanding the needs of requests, processing all proposal elements and deliverable documents as directed by the Manager (e.g., sales proposal support, including Excel spreadsheets, photo databases, PowerPoint presentations and map creation), assuring complete and timely completion of proposal deliverables, and working with Service Level Agreements (SLA) to ensure accuracy and continuity of deliverables. The ideal candidate is intrinsically motivated, will operate with a sense of urgency to make sure the internal clients have what they need, and be able to multitask and juggle several tasks and various accounts at once.
