Job summary

Business Integra Inc. in Bethesda, MD, seeks a Proposal Coordinator to establish and maintain the SharePoint collaboration site for each proposal, coordinating with the Capture Manager to assign authors and integrate win strategies into proposals.

You will manage content, revisions, and final deliverables end-to-end. The role emphasizes producing high-quality submissions, aligning content with win themes, and coordinating production, binding, and packaging for proposals, while capturing lessons

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or communications, or equivalent professional experience.
• Understanding of managing and writing proposals using Shipley processes and standards.
• Ability to use standard English writing styles to write proposal sections.
• High proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project), Adobe Acrobat, and SharePoint.

• Work with the proposal team and Capture Manager to determine author assignments and integrate win strategy, themes, and discriminators into proposal.
• Manage the development of oral presentations, discussions, and proposal revisions.

• Conduct and document proposal lessons learned and implement actions to improve process efficiency.
• Coordinate and support the production, reproduction, binding, and packaging in finalizing the proposal submission and response processes.
