Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years' technical or administrative experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills.
• Strong math skills for budgeting and financial analysis.
• Ability to work in a diverse, deadline-driven environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States by start date.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed budgets for sponsored proposals and ensure consistency.
• Interpret and apply budget guidelines per university and sponsor policies.
• Clarify budget policies with sponsors and respond to inquiries.
• Collaborate with Proposal & Project Managers, PIs, and staff on budget creation and adjustments.
• Identify opportunities to streamline budgeting processes for compliance.
