Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2+ years in proposal coordination, proposal writing support, or related roles.
• Experience with CRM systems (Dynamics CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Background in life sciences, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation, assembly, formatting, proofreading, and quality review of proposals and other commercial documents.
• Coordinate inputs from estimating, procurement, operations, and SMEs.
• Support review of RFPs/RFQs/RFIs and submission needs.
• Maintain proposal trackers, timelines, and workload dashboards.
• Assist CRM data upkeep and reporting for KPIs.
