Job summary

Elite Contracting Group seeks a Proposal Development Specialist to join our Estimating and Design team. You will prepare proposals in response to project specifications, coordinating with project estimators and vendors for material costs.

This role requires strong writing and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously. Regular Monday–Friday 7:00AM–5:00PM on-site, with overtime as needed. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Research and synthesize information from various sources.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Receive project specifications from Project Estimators to determine proposal content.
• Contact vendors to determine material costs.
• Create proposals by entering project materials and costs into proposal template.
• Track and provide scheduled updates on proposal progress.
• Ensure proposals are completed on time and with accuracy.
• Maintain files and reference material.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
