• Bachelor degree with 6+ years of professional experience or equivalent

• Develop and mature business‑case analyses and cost methods to create bid/price strategies.
• Coordinate collection of cost, schedule, and technical inputs from functional departments.
• Perform financial modeling, rate studies, cash-flow analysis, NPV/IRR calculations; present recommendations to leaders.
• Drive process improvements and mentor junior Proposal Analysts.

What You Will Be Doing

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6+ years of professional experience; Considered an emerging authority
• Attention to detail

• Proficient user of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint

• Aptitude for learning financial software and/or database systems

Desired Skills

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $89100.00 - $165500.00

• For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
