Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. in Melbourne, FL is seeking a Level 2 Proposal Analyst on site. The role encompasses pricing material estimates, coordinating with Global Supply Chain, and supporting the full proposal process from RFP to submission.

You will prepare CBOMs, labor estimates, and price analyses while ensuring compliant, high-quality proposals to meet customer commitments and company financial goals. U.S. citizenship and security clearances are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of pricing/estimating, finance, contracts, proposals, and/or business‑related experience, or a Master’s Degree.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
Ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance.
Ability to obtain/maintain a Special Access Program (SAP) clearance prior to employment.

Responsibilities

Understand SOW for the company and suppliers and prepare material estimates.
Price a consolidated bill of material (CBOM) using supplier proposals, PO history, and engineering estimates.
Request supplier proposals/quotes and lead times via SCIPS.
Prepare labor estimates for Global Supply Chain functions.
Prepare the Global Supply Chain Cost Volume for proposals ensuring compliance and quality.
Prepare and support presentation and approval of material and labor estimates at required approval level.
