Qualifications

• 5-8 years of data analysis and interpretation experience.
• Bachelor’s degree; an additional 5 years of data analysis experience may substitute for degree.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and delivery of all proposal sections and submission documents.
• Develop and maintain master proposal schedules.
• Prepare and organize past performance proposal documentation.
• Prepare status reports and briefings for senior management.
• Research and track potential business opportunities using various sources.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, proposals, and contracts.
• Support proposal development, formatting, and final production efforts.
• Coordinate routing of formatted resumes for review and approval.
• Review proposal documents for accuracy, formatting, and compliance requirements.
• Support post-submission activities, including clarifications and updates.
