Qualifications

• Hands-on proposal experience in AEC firms (RFP/SOQ).
• Ability to review and improve proposals with strong win themes.

Responsibilities

• Review agent-drafted responses, correct them, and provide structured feedback.
• Use Buoyant AI agents to write proposals and assist clients.
• Be the proposal expert to guide next product updates.
