Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Calculate replacement cost and actual cash value based on field data.
• Input data into estimating systems to obtain final building valuation.
• Communicate analyzed data to underwriter, rater or agent.
• Maintain the Property Survey Master file with updates.
• Complete designated number of estimates set by management.
• Perform field inspections when requested.
