Gallagher is seeking a qualified Property underwriter to support a Western United States portfolio. You will analyze risk, price coverage, and collaborate with agents, brokers, and internal teams to grow profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years in commercial Property underwriting.
• Experience with Middle Market and/or E&S Property preferred.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Support growth and profitability of a Western US Property portfolio.
• Review, evaluate, and underwrite new and renewal business.
• Analyze exposures, pricing, and coverage requests.
• Maintain broker and agency relationships to drive submissions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client solutions.
